Great vendor with terrific, competitive pricing. Fabulous shipping and tracking and good communication and kept me updated at every step. The only thing that knocks the item description down to 3 stars is that my laptop arrived with one dead USB port. I can't fault Emporium about that because I didn't raise it with them as I run my laptop through a docking station so for me personally, it's a non-issue. Just saying that maybe it shouldn't have made it out the door as it was.
